How far in advance can I book in?
I recommend securing your date as soon as possible, especially if you are getting married during peak wedding season. I am currently taking bookings up until December 2028.
Will you travel to me on my wedding day?
Yes, I will travel to wherever you are getting ready on your wedding morning, whether that is your venue, home or hotel. All I ask is that I have a table big enough to lay my kit out on and also a chair near a plug socket and is in front of some natural lighting.
What area do you cover?
I cover the Kent area. 10 miles of travel (each way) is included from ME13 7SG. Any additional miles after that is charged at an extra 70p per mile.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, for wedding bookings during May- September, there is a minimum booking of Bride + 3 other members of the bridal party. Flower girls are not included in this number.
Where do preview sessions take place?
Preview sessions take place at my beauty room in Faversham. If there is a large group of you, I may be able to travel to you.
Do I need to pay a booking fee?
Yes, the booking fee is the cost of the Brides preview session, this will secure your wedding date until your preview session. Once you've had your preview, I ask for a £50 booking fee within 7 days of your preview which is deducted from the total cost. The remaining payment can be paid via bank transfer at least 24 hours before your big day or it can be paid in cash on the day.
What time will you arrive on the wedding morning?
We can discuss timings when you book in. The time that I arrive will depend on the time you need to be ready for and the amount of people requiring makeup. I allow 45 minutes per person, I also allow a little extra time to set up my kit and also some extra time at the end for any extra touch ups that are needed.
I have a large bridal party, how many people can you do?
I will always try my best to accommodate larger bridal parties but this will depend on what time you need to be ready for. I allow 45 minutes per person, I am always happy to recommend other Makeup Artists if a second artist is needed.
What do I need to bring with me to my preview session?
Please feel free to bring along any photos of makeup that you like. It is helpful if you also bring along any photos of your wedding dress, hair trial etc. A detailed preview session guide will be sent to you beforehand.
